  • Japanese variety with 3 inch long, slightly wrinkled fruit
  • Good for making tempura and other traditional recipes.
  • Fruit is emerald green in color, ripening to red, mildly flavored with a bit of spice. 
 
Flaming Flare
  • Fresno pepper.
  • Conical-shaped fruits are thin walled, avg. 4" long, and ripen to a bright red.
  • Sweet, mildly hot flavor
  •  Excellent for fresh use, stir fries, sautéing, and hot sauce.
 
Jalepeno
  • 70 days.
  • Mild, delicious flavor but a lot less heat
  • Great yields
